Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Global Banking School. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Deliver Training Content: Develop and deliver a wide range of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
- Facilitate Workshops and Sessions: Facilitate face-to-face and virtual workshops to engage and educate our employees.
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis: Conduct analysis to identify learning needs and develop targeted training solutions.
- Support HR Department: Collaborate with the HR department to create an exceptional employee experience.
- Collaborate with Departments: Work with various departments to create opportunities for employee growth and development.
- Manage Learning Management System: Upload content to our learning management system and track engagement, compliance, and impact.
- Experience in Learning and Development: Demonstrable experience in a learning and development role.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to engage and educate employees.
- Time Management and Organisation: Strong time management and organisational skills to manage multiple projects.
- Positive Attitude and Passion: A positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed in their roles.
- Solution-Focused Mindset: A solution-focused mindset to address employee development needs.
- Professional Qualifications: Professional CIPD qualifications or similar would be preferred but are not essential.
