We are a dynamic international recruitment agency seeking a skilled Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team on a fixed term contract basis.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Learning & Development Manager to provide coverage across global training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule training programs
  • Produce virtual events and training materials
  • Manage the team inbox and respond to queries
  • Maintain accurate training records and materials
  • Support coaching and development initiatives
  • Provide event feedback and evaluation
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders
  • Update and support our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Manage systems and data
  • Process invoices and financial transactions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in a learning and development role in a professional services environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential, and experience working with an LMS is highly desirable.
