Job Purpose:

The primary objective of this role is to provide tailored solutions in mechatronic applications to a diverse clientele. The focus will be on acquiring new clients while enhancing the revenue generated from existing accounts.

Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients is essential, ensuring that the solutions provided are beneficial for both the client and the company's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for:

Client Engagement:

  • Identifying and engaging potential clients to broaden the customer base.
  • Gathering market intelligence and understanding client needs.
  • Leveraging competitive insights to enhance client offerings.
  • Positioning EarthStream Global as the preferred partner for mechatronic solutions.
  • Promoting mechatronic solutions and uncovering sales opportunities that drive value.

Execution:

  • Driving growth through innovative mechatronic solutions.
  • Conducting market, client, and competitor analyses.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Selection to create strategic account plans with measurable objectives.
  • Implementing account plans and reviewing progress regularly.
  • Integrating all relevant information regarding terms, risks, and agreements into the company's systems.
  • Providing accurate information to internal sales teams for effective proposal generation.
  • Sharing insights about market trends and client needs to enhance organizational knowledge.

Organizational Duties:

  • Identifying sales opportunities for mechatronic systems.
  • Overseeing sales projects from inception to completion.

Technical Support:

  • Delivering appropriate technical solutions to clients.
  • Assisting fellow account managers with technical inquiries.

General Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating collaboration between departments.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Supporting team members during absences.
  • Contributing to a positive work environment and customer satisfaction.
