Sales Operations Specialist Required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate partner onboarding processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Address support inquiries and escalations from partners, ensuring prompt resolutions.
  • Enhance communication with partners through surveys, marketing updates, and product information.
  • Resolve technical challenges faced by partners, working closely with Engineering and Product teams.
  • Serve as the primary contact for operational and sales-related inquiries, delivering outstanding partner experiences.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account management, or project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying insights to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Self-motivated individual with a history of taking initiative.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with data management and analysis is advantageous.
