Role Summary:
The Regional Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our clientele by engaging with a diverse range of customers and decision-makers to address their transportation and financial requirements through comprehensive truck leasing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve set monthly sales targets and objectives.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients regarding product offerings, pricing, availability, and terms of service.
  • Advise clients on suitable products based on their specific needs and preferences.
  • Engage with both existing and potential clients to showcase products, elucidate features, and secure orders.
  • Provide estimates or quotes regarding pricing, contract terms, warranties, and delivery timelines.
  • Develop new leads and manage assigned accounts to ensure a steady flow of revenue and proposal activity.
  • Consult with clients post-sale to address any issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Prepare tailored estimates and proposals that align with customer requirements.
  • Distribute product samples and informational materials to clients.
  • Identify potential clients through various channels, including business directories and networking events.
  • Coordinate the delivery and installation of products and equipment.
  • Monitor industry trends, product advancements, and competitor activities.
  • Provide account management services to leasing clients by resolving operational and financial issues.
  • Foster relationships with leasing clients by acting as a transportation advisor, conducting regular reviews, and managing customer feedback.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to account management, including follow-ups on accounts receivable and equipment delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and the district through visits, documentation, and presentations.
  • Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the service and transportation sector.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets through proactive market engagement.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong independent work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and adhere to the required work schedule.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform essential job functions, including reading, verbal and written communication, and information analysis.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and sitting may be required.
  • Occasional lifting or moving of items up to 25 lbs.
  • Specific vision capabilities, including close and distance vision, are necessary.
