Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Manrose, a leading manufacturer of domestic extractor fans, ducting, and ventilation accessories. As the Area Sales Manager, Central South, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with electrical wholesalers, builders merchants, heating and ventilation accounts, and OEM accounts within the South Central region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and increase sales within the region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at our customer accounts.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
  • Attend quarterly sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of proven field sales experience.
  • Experience in the electrical wholesale/builders merchant market is desirable.
  • Industry experience in technical/HVAC is beneficial.
  • Drive and determination to succeed.
  • A team player with a flexible attitude to work.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools.
  • Manual driving license.
