About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Manrose, a leading manufacturer of domestic extractor fans, ducting, and ventilation accessories. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with electrical wholesalers, builders' merchants, and OEM accounts in the South Central region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify growth opportunities to increase sales within the region
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Present promotions to the trade to gain extra business and new listings
  • Plan and schedule regular call patterns for all accounts in the defined region
  • Attend quarterly sales meetings and ensure effective communication with the support teams at Head Office
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of proven field sales experience
  • Experience in the electrical wholesale/builders' merchant market is desirable
  • Industry experience in technical/HVAC is beneficial
  • A team player with a flexible attitude to work
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools
  • Manual driving license
