Position Overview

We are seeking a Regional Sales Executive for Optima Site Solutions Ltd, a prominent player in the heating manufacturing sector.

Role Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the Sales Director to strategize and drive sales initiatives for our current product offerings.

This role involves managing a portfolio of existing clients while also pursuing new business opportunities within the Renewable Heating industry.

Key Duties
  • Engage with merchants, installers, consultants, end users, specifiers, and architects to foster strong business relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional business development and support to enhance client satisfaction.
Compensation Package

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
Bonus: 15% of base salary
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays

  • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance provided
  • Pension scheme contribution
  • Comprehensive benefits package to be discussed during the interview
Candidate Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a sales role
  • Strong understanding of the heating, renewables, or oil sectors (one discipline required)
  • Valid driving license
  • Willingness to travel, including approximately 1-2 nights away per month
  • Ability to operate across the South East region
