Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Executives in the South East Region, covering our developments in Surrey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise sales in your area through successful management, guidance, and motivation of your team.
- Conduct visits to all sites within your area to meet with your Sales Executives, review performance, and provide solutions to any issues.
- Keep your Sales Executives up-to-date with Company standards and arrange/deliver any training required.
- Develop the sales strategy for each site, including price recommendations, and liaise with a wide range of internal contacts during this process.
- Attend regular progress meetings with the Marketing team to identify site-specific issues and agree marketing strategies.
- Oversee new site launches, including preparation of the Welcome Centre, Office, and Show Apartments, recruitment, induction, and training of new Sales Executives, and conducting local research, competition research, and pricing exercises.
Requirements:
- Extensive sales experience within new homes, estate agency, or with a medium-sized house-builder.
- Ready to take the next step in your career and utilise your experience to support and guide the team to successful results.
- Comfortable working under pressure on your own initiative to obtain sales results and meet targets.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to sales and marketing, and a determination to succeed.
- Happy working independently and travelling regularly across your area.
