Senior Head of Sales Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales leader to drive commercial growth and success for a leading organic food company. As the Senior Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading a sales team and developing effective sales strategies to drive top-line growth across the UK and export markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expansion
  • Lead and manage a sales team to achieve commercial objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance using key metrics and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial growth and success
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Head of Sales or similar role in the UK food/drink FMCG industry
  • Strong leadership, team management, and customer relationship skills
  • Strategic, analytical, and commercially-minded with a focus on delivering results
  • Drive, determination, and commitment to achieving commercial objectives
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
