We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales and Event Manager to join our team at StartMonday. As a Senior Sales and Event Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and delivering exceptional event experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Manage event sales and coordination, including venue selection, catering, and logistics
- Collaborate with the events team to deliver seamless event experiences
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Proven sales and event management experience in the hospitality and catering industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Knowledge of sales and event management software and systems
