**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Drive strategic initiatives that align with both the client's business objectives and our agency's vision.
- Collaborate closely with our creative team to ensure innovative, on-brand deliverables that meet the highest quality standards.
- Utilize your expertise in the insurance sector to provide strategic insights and guide campaign development.
- Leverage your exceptional interpersonal skills to manage expectations, communicate effectively, and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
**Requirements & Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a senior account management role, preferably within a creative agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of the B2B high-risk insurance sector.
- Ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders, particularly the client's Marketing Director and other senior leaders.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organisation.
