What you'll bring:

  • Extensive experience in medical communications from an agency setting, with expertise in overseeing the full communications lifecycle, including media planning
  • Proven ability to lead and influence clients, ensuring strong strategic partnerships and driving account growth
  • A deep understanding of how to integrate communications strategies, media planning, and events into a cohesive plan
  • Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver high-quality work on time
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading client accounts, driving the full communications strategy, from development through to media planning and execution
  • Influencing and guiding clients on long-term communications strategies that align with their business objectives
  • Identifying and seizing opportunities for account growth, driving new business and expanding existing relationships
  • Overseeing event planning and ensuring that it aligns with broader communications and media strategies
  • Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and influencing decision-making
  • Leading and mentoring account teams, ensuring high standards of work and supporting their professional growth
  • Managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
