**Account Director - Brand Experience Agency**

**£60-70k**

**Surrey - Hybrid role 2/3 days a week in the office**

Excited to be working with this future-focused experiential agency in their search for an Account Director to join ambitious team of innovators who create award winning brand experiences for clients from tech and tech driven sectors amongst others.

**Role Overview**:
You are a trusted partner for both clients and colleagues. Successfully managing client expectations whether creative or commercial, adding value at every opportunity and being the first point of contact in every instance. Exceptional client service is quitesimply what you do. You’re naturally drawn to building a deep understanding of your client’s business strategy, market, competition and brands allowing you to shape insight driven and meaningful brand experiences. You seek to build trust, respect and confidencewith every client interaction in order to deliver the very best work but also secure a deep relationship and pipeline of future projects. You have a keen interest in business development and enjoy being an integral player in prospecting and pitches.

**Requirements**:

- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proven ability to manage multiple work streams and multiple client relationships
- You know how to shape and secure scopes of work with clear and measurable objectives
- You work well with strategists to turn client opportunities into inspiring creative briefs
- You are always an engaging and persuasive presenter
- You have a relentless attention to detail and understand the need to high comms internally and with clients
- You are a natural manager of stakeholders, ensuring we drive decisions in a smart and collaborative manner
- You have experience of man management and how to listen and nurture team member
- You are passionate about creativity and understand how to work seamlessly and productively with the studio and production

6+ years experience as an agency Account Director is desired; however, this does not have to be specifically within a brand experience agency it can be from integrated, design, digital, media etc as long as you are passionate about client care, can jugglemultiple projects at once, and have experience in the creative industry then please do get in touch.
