Senior Property Sales Consultant

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Senior Property Sales Consultant to join our esteemed client, Bastow Irwin Recruitment Ltd.


While experience in property sales is advantageous, qualities such as charisma, determination, energy, and an outgoing personality are essential for thriving in this dynamic and innovative organization.


As a Senior Property Sales Consultant, you will be adept at managing properties and engaging with clients across a diverse range, including high-end listings. Your role will encompass the entire property sales cycle, from initiating and conducting viewings to negotiating and facilitating successful transactions.

In this position, you will be expected to cultivate long-lasting business relationships with clients and applicants, demonstrating focus and determination in achieving targets while being a collaborative team player.

Maintaining consistent communication with buyers, vendors, and other relevant parties throughout the legal process is crucial for ensuring smooth transitions to completion.


  • Addressing financial and legal aspects related to the sales process
  • Assisting buyers and vendors through the sales journey from agreement to legal finalization

Additionally, strong administrative skills and proficiency in agency software systems are required.

Candidates should possess a target-driven mindset and a robust desire to excel in a sales-oriented environment.

This Senior Property Sales Consultant role presents a remarkable opportunity for the right individual, offering long-term career development prospects. Local experience is not a prerequisite.


Working hours are Monday to Friday, with Saturdays included and a day off during the week.


OTE of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus a car allowance of £400 per month.
