About the Role

Bastow Irwin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Property Sales Administrator to join their busy estate agency sales team in Surrey Quays. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of property administration and legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in managing property sales administration, including managing workloads, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring compliance with current regulations and legislation.
  • Liaise with all members of the sales team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling complaints and providing solutions to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including window cards, Memorandum of Sales, and general administrative communications.
  • Process property listings, including photos and floor plans, and ensure timely upload to major portals.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media marketing and estate agency CRM systems.
  • Work closely with management and the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in property administration is essential, with a proven track record of managing property sales administration.
  • Intermediate computer literacy, including proficiency in WORD, EXCEL, and estate agency CRM systems.
  • Experience with property sales software packages is highly desirable.
  • Professional qualifications are an advantage but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £28,000pa to £32,000pa, depending on experience.
  • 28 days holiday per annum, including bank holidays.
