We are thrilled to present an opportunity for a Product Support role within our Food team. A simple stroll through the grocery aisles reveals the extensive range of food ingredients we supply to leading brands across the UK and Europe, assisting them in crafting innovative retail products that you will soon find on store shelves.
As a Product Support professional, you will collaborate with the Product Management team to facilitate the essential activities required for developing our product offerings. Your role will be crucial in helping the team meet growth objectives while ensuring alignment with other departments, including Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Overseeing the new supplier onboarding process by coordinating all incoming data
+ Managing the product code establishment process from initiation to completion
+ Building and maintaining strong relationships within the team and across the organization
+ Assisting the Product Management team in addressing technical inquiries and market data requests from sales personnel
+ Supporting a diverse product portfolio through supplier coordination and collaboration with stock, operations, customer service, and sales teams
+ Under the guidance of Product Managers, following up on projects and sales leads
+ Coordinating and tracking complaints and sample requests
Candidate Profile:
We welcome candidates with prior experience in marketing, sales, or business development, as well as recent graduates looking to embark on a career in junior product management.
