About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process in the South East Region, covering our developments in Surrey and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site visits to meet with Sales Executives, monitor their performance, and address any issues.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for each site, including price recommendations.
  • Liaise with internal contacts to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Attend regular progress meetings with the Marketing team to identify site-specific issues and agree marketing strategies.
  • Recruit, induct, and train new Sales Executives.
  • Conduct local research, competition research, and pricing exercises.
  • Attend promotional presentations and events.
  • Monitor interest shown in developments.
  • Manage sales standards onsite, including review of 'Mystery Shopper' reports.
Requirements
  • Previous managerial experience within Sales, preferably in a new homes, estate agency environment, or a medium-sized house-builder.
  • Understanding of our market and customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure, on your own initiative, to obtain sales results and meet targets.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive approach to sales and marketing, and determination to succeed.
  • Comfortable working independently and travelling regularly across your area.
