Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering and building rapport with potential home buyers, arranging and conducting property viewings, negotiating offers between vendors and buyers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and Build Rapport: Establish relationships with potential home buyers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing feedback to vendors and buyers.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
  • Driving License: A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
