Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering and building rapport with potential home buyers, arranging and conducting property viewings, and negotiating offers between vendors and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and buyers to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
  • Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing feedback to vendors and buyers.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, ensuring a fair and mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Communication: Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents to ensure a seamless transaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions and property viewings.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Skillset: Strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or certifications in sales, marketing, or a related field.
