Job Summary:

AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Property Manager/Negotiator to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, and resolving maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve maintenance issues and deal with enquiries from landlords and tenants, ensuring that properties are maintained to a high standard.
  • Meet targets and performance objectives, working closely with the team to achieve business goals.
  • Review property visits reports, check out reports, and release deposits in accordance with company policies.
  • Organize Gas Safety Certificates and ensure that properties are compliant with relevant legislation.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in lettings maintenance and up-to-date knowledge of lettings legal legislation.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work with landlords and tenants in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.
  • Full UK driving license is essential.
