About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trainee Estate Agent to join our fantastic residential Lettings team at Burchell Edwards. As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will have the opportunity to develop into a skilled professional within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
  • Agree lets and progress lets through to exchange and completion

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a strong customer service background
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hold a Full UK driving license
