We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will play a crucial role in generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations for properties

Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of generating new business in a target-driven environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
