**Career Opportunity for Estate Agency Valuers**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agency Valuer to join our team in Mansfield. As a Valuation Partner, you will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency profile in your designated core area.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of Estate Agency experience and a strong desire to run their own area in an employed environment. You will be given the flexibility of a self-employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in your local area.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Valuation and conversion of market appraisal opportunities
  • Developing business contacts with local constituencies
  • Targeted marketing and canvassing
  • Overseeing instructions to completion

**Benefits:**

  • Basic salary: £22,500 - £27,500 + dependent on experience
  • OTE: £50,000 +
  • Guarantee: 5 months/pipeline builder
