Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team in Mansfield. As a Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with our estate agency teams, and attracting new customers and business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support
  • Attracting new customers and business in a target-driven environment
  • Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships

Requirements

  • Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
