About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Lettings Department. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of letting properties in the local area, effectively liaising with tenants and landlords, and ensuring the maintenance of each property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of letting properties in the local area
  • Effectively liaise with tenants and landlords
  • Manage maintenance of each property
  • Liaise with contractors with regards to maintenance of properties
  • Conduct property inspections where suitable

Requirements:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Solid knowledge of lettings and legislations
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to work to own initiative
  • Own vehicle and driving licence
