The New Homes Group is seeking a highly motivated Apprentice Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Mansfield. As an Apprentice Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and negotiating lettings agreements with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and tenants
- Negotiate lettings agreements and ensure smooth transactions
- Work closely with the lettings team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the local property market
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Looking to pursue a career in lettings
- Focused on customer care and customer service
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
