Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team as a multi-skilled tradesperson. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day repairs, maintenance, and improvements to our properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance to properties, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective action
• Work with our property management team to prioritize and schedule repairs and maintenance
• Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in the property management or building services sector
• Strong technical skills, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
