About the Role

Gallagher is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our Education Mutual operation function based in the UK. Our Education Mutual operation is a leading provider of Staff Absence Protection, a scheme that ensures schools remain financially stable during employee absences, while supporting staff with healthcare and wellbeing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the achievement of the Education Mutual renewal sales target and personal target.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts, handling inbound and outbound activity.
  • Deliver a high-quality service to clients at all times.
  • Negotiate sales closures, handle member objections, and overcome competitor challenges, highlighting the benefits of Education Mutual.
  • Assist member schools with claims enquiries and support.
  • Update the CRM system with customer information and manage own pipeline of activity.
  • Provide regular reporting information on agreed KPIs.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in sales/customer service, be risk-aware when handling client information, and be 100% client-centric, focused on the best possible outcome for clients at all times. You will also be due diligence and process-driven to deadlines, task-focused, results-oriented, and take initiative. Additionally, you will possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, be confident when building and maintaining rapport, and be able to work well alongside others and alone as needed. Proficiency in MS Office is also required, and eligibility to work in the UK is necessary.
