We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our Education Mutual operation function based in Mansfield. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in achieving the Education Mutual renewal sales target and owning personal target.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the achievement of the Education Mutual renewal sales target and own personal target.
- Manage relationships with key accounts, managing inbound and outbound activity.
- Deliver a high-quality service to our clients at all times.
- Negotiate the close of sales, handle member objections and overcoming competitor challenges, highlighting the benefits of Education Mutual.
- Assisting Member schools with claims enquiries and support.
- Updating CRM system with customer information and managing own pipeline of activity.
- Providing regular reporting information on agreed KPIs.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in sales/customer service. You should be risk aware in handling client information, 100% client centric, focussed on the best possible outcome for our clients at all times.
You should have due diligence and process driven to deadlines, task focused, results oriented and takes initiative. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, confident when building and maintaining rapport.
You should be able to work well along-side others & alone as needed. Proficient in MS office. Eligible to work in the UK.
