Salary: £30,000 (+ £5,000 Car Allowance + Commission Structure: OTE £40,000 - £45,000)

The Role:
As a Renewals Sales Professional, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets by managing relationships with existing clients and handling both inbound and outbound sales activities. Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional service, negotiating renewals, and addressing client concerns, while ensuring the CRM system is up-to-date with accurate client information.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in sales or customer service.
- Strong awareness of risk when managing client information, with a focus on delivering the best outcomes for clients.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, able to meet deadlines, stay task-focused, and achieve results with initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in building and nurturing client relationships.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Eligible to work in the UK
