Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Cherry Professional. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, organizing payment runs, and generating sales invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment
- Organize payment runs and allocate payments to the correct accounts
- Generate sales invoices and maintain accurate records
- Reconcile bank accounts on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any financial discrepancies
- Update customer and supplier accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Perform general accounting duties as required, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
