Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Cherry Professional. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, organizing payment runs, and generating sales invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment
  • Organize payment runs and allocate payments to the correct accounts
  • Generate sales invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Reconcile bank accounts on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any financial discrepancies
  • Update customer and supplier accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Perform general accounting duties as required, including data entry and record-keeping

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
