Role Overview:
At Canon Medical Systems, we are dedicated to delivering innovative diagnostic imaging solutions that enhance patient care globally. As a Service Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our daily service operations. Your exceptional customer service abilities and prompt responsiveness will be vital, as you will manage incoming customer inquiries, log them into our CRM system, and escalate them to the appropriate service personnel.
No two days will be alike in this position. You will actively coordinate all service activities, including scheduling upgrades and planned maintenance for our clients. This involves assigning tasks to our engineers, managing their schedules, and maintaining regular communication with customers to keep them informed about timelines. Additionally, you will oversee the ordering of service and commercial parts and ensure that quotations are prepared, thus maximizing service efficiency.

Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Prior experience in scheduling or coordinating the activities of engineers or teams.
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in computer use and quick to learn new systems.
- Valid authorization to work in the UK.
