Role Responsibilities:

At Canon Medical Systems, our goal is to equip healthcare professionals with advanced diagnostic imaging solutions that enhance patient care globally. As a Service Support Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our daily service operations run efficiently and effectively. Your strong customer service abilities and prompt response skills will be vital, as you will manage incoming customer inquiries, log them into our CRM system, and escalate them to the appropriate service personnel.

No two days will be alike in this position, as you will actively ensure that all services, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance are arranged for our clients. This includes delegating maintenance tasks to our engineers and coordinating their schedules, along with maintaining regular communication with clients to keep them informed of timelines. Additionally, you will oversee the ordering of service and commercial parts and the preparation of quotations, ensuring optimal service delivery.
