Job Summary:

Bennett & Game Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team at a leading national HVAC Company. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the service operations of the company, ensuring that all customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers and respond to their queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Raise and schedule jobs for engineers and subcontractors to attend to customer sites.
  • Arrange for engineers and subcontractors to attend to customer sites and ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are available.
  • Raise purchase orders for materials and equipment as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Experience and knowledge of engineer booking software.
  • Computer literate and proficient in all MS packages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
