Role Responsibilities:
At Canon Medical Systems, we are dedicated to equipping healthcare professionals with advanced diagnostic imaging solutions that enhance patient care globally. As a Service Support Scheduler, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of our daily service support functions. Your strong customer service aptitude and prompt response capabilities will be critical, as you will manage incoming customer inquiries, ensuring they are recorded in our CRM system and escalated to the appropriate service personnel.
This position offers variety, as you will actively oversee the scheduling of services, upgrades, and maintenance for our clients. This includes delegating maintenance tasks to our engineers and coordinating their schedules, along with maintaining regular communication with clients to keep them informed of timelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering service and commercial parts and generating quotations to optimize service efficiency.

Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Prior experience in scheduling or coordinating team schedules.
