Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Process inbound orders from the Sales and Project Teams efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our operations processes.
  • Customer Order Management: Manage customer order reports and assist with logistical requirements as needed, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Supply Chain Management: Maintain the Backorder Report and ensure operations processes are compliant and aligned with the rest of the business, optimizing supply chain management.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Request and analyze Supplier Shipment and Order Reports to optimize supplier relationships and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • International Shipping: Support international shipments, including the setup of IOR agents, determining the best customs routes, and managing the clearance process.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in operations, sales support, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of sales processes and operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to process compliance and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of international shipping, customs clearance, and IOR processes is beneficial but not essential.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to understand financial implications of purchasing and manage supplier relationships effectively.
