Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Reed. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring accuracy in capturing orders from various departments, understanding the supply chain process, and managing supplier delivery lead-times.
Key Responsibilities- Process inbound orders from the Sales and Project Teams efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage customer order reports and assist with logistical requirements as needed, providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain the Backorder Report and ensure operations processes are compliant and aligned with the rest of the business, identifying areas for improvement.
- Request and analyze Supplier Shipment and Order Reports to optimize supply chain management, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
- Support international shipments, including the setup of IOR agents, determining the best customs routes, and managing the clearance process, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Proven experience in operations, sales support, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to process compliance, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of international shipping, customs clearance, and IOR processes is beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to understand financial implications of purchasing and manage supplier relationships effectively, driving business growth and profitability.
