Role Responsibilities:

As a Service Support Scheduler, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of our daily service support operations. Your strong customer service abilities and prompt response skills will be crucial, as you will manage incoming customer inquiries, ensuring they are recorded in our CRM system and escalated to the appropriate service personnel.

This position offers variety, as you will actively coordinate all service requests, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance for our clients. This includes assigning maintenance tasks to engineers and managing their schedules, along with maintaining regular communication with customers to keep them informed about timelines. Additionally, you will oversee the ordering of service and commercial parts and the preparation of quotations to maximize service efficiency.
