Role Responsibilities:

At Canon Medical Systems, we strive to equip healthcare professionals with advanced diagnostic imaging solutions that enhance patient care globally. As a Service Support Scheduler, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless execution of our daily service support operations. Your exceptional customer service abilities and prompt response skills will be vital, as you will manage incoming customer inquiries, accurately log them in our CRM system, and escalate them to the appropriate service personnel.

This role offers variety, as you will actively participate in scheduling services, upgrades, and maintenance for our clients. This includes assigning maintenance tasks to engineers, coordinating their schedules, and maintaining regular communication with customers to keep them informed about timelines. Additionally, you will oversee the ordering of service and commercial parts and ensure that quotations are generated, thereby maximizing service efficiency.

Qualifications Required:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles.
  • Prior experience in scheduling or coordinating team schedules.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer usage and quick to learn new systems.
  • Valid proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
