About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Assurity Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support our consultants by coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing site visits and documents, and populating information onto our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Assist with commercial activities, including sales, contract management, and renewals, by providing administrative support and data entry services.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases to ensure efficient business operations.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Strong proactive communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in supporting commercial activities and contract management.
- Great organizational and planning skills with the ability to work to deadlines with self-motivation.
- Excellent command of written English.
- Good level of IT software competence, particularly Microsoft Word.
- Resilience in dealing with pressures from other departments, flexibility, and ability to prioritize workload.
- Willingness to provide solutions to problems.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good typing speed and ability to demonstrate a high level of quality and accuracy.
