We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at First Recruitment Services. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring seamless communication between customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Coordinate customer delivery schedules, follow up and verify supplier/manufacturer order confirmations, and manage order progress with suppliers/manufacturers.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary contact for warranties, customer inquiries, and order updates, and inform customers of stock arrivals or potential delays.
  • Administrative Support: Process and manage warranty claims from customers with suppliers/manufacturers, and process customer payments.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a confident approach to tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective organizational skills, proficient time and workload management, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in IT and familiar with administrative software and systems.

Company Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 based on experience.
  • Full-time Role: 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday.
