Customer Service Co-Ordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our team within our responsive maintenance division. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage complaints effectively to identify patterns and trends and instigate improvements to our service
  • Lead a team of planners and administrators to maximise productivity, efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Support the Contract Lead to deliver a quality, customer-focused, profitable and safe business

Requirements:

We are looking for a Co-ordinator with experience managing scheduling and/or administrative teams in the maintenance sector, as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word. This role could also be suitable for an experienced Scheduler seeking to take the next step in their career overseeing and leading a team.
