We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Wates, a leading provider of construction and property services. As a key member of our responsive maintenance division, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our Customer Service team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion operational excellence and supply chain management to drive continuous improvement and achieve outstanding results.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage complaints effectively to identify patterns and trends, and implement improvements to our service.
  • Lead a team of planners and administrators to maximize productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness, ensuring that team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Support the Contract Lead in delivering a quality, customer-focused, profitable, and safe business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing scheduling and/or administrative teams in the maintenance sector.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and develop a team.
