About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our Divisional Management Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Divisional Director of Operations and other senior leaders, ensuring the smooth operation of the division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive forward planning and coordination of senior leadership team priorities
  • Coordinate and manage effective office systems, including filing and maintenance of personal and divisional information
  • Deal with confidential and sensitive information relating to staff and services
  • Minute taking for senior leadership team meetings and follow-up of actions
  • Assist with monitoring of activity within the division and ensure targets are achieved
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of IT literacy, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work autonomously and use own initiative
  • Willingness to adapt to changing work patterns
