About the Role

The Divisional Manager will provide operational leadership and financial management for the division, working closely with the Director of the Division of Infection and Immunity. This role will lead a small professional services team and a laboratory management team, supporting the Director by providing management information and advice as required. The post holder will also lead change management activities and ensure that statutory regulations, UCL, and divisional policies and procedures are implemented and operated effectively.

About You

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in a senior role in administration, operations, and management within a higher education environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, and flexibility to work effectively with senior stakeholders. The post holder will exhibit enthusiasm for and commitment to high-quality service provision and will be able to lead a professional services team to deliver excellent operational support for the division.
