Divisional Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Divisional Operations Manager to join our team at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing operational management support for our Gynaecology services.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor service delivery and ensure successful delivery of services in identified specialties.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve Divisional objectives.
- Manage a team of administrative staff, including supervisors, clinic staff, medical secretaries, and receptionists.
- Deputise for the Divisional Director of Operations when required.
- Lead on ensuring that all performance/quality targets are achieved.
- Masters degree in healthcare or management or demonstrable ability to work at Masters level.
- Operational management experience within the acute sector.
- Proven track record of meeting significant national targets.
- Knowledge and understanding of the modernisation agenda and the opportunities for redesigning services.
