About Our Digital Team

The Digital Team at Kurt Geiger is a pioneering, fully integrated function within our organization. We have cultivated a diverse and inclusive workforce that operates across various domains: Backend Systems and Engineering, Platforms, Marketing, and Customer Service. Digital Marketing Division

Our performance marketing division is recognized for its ability to drive incremental and profitable growth in customer acquisition and retention. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, strategic partnerships, and skilled internal talent, we consistently deliver measurable success across our direct-to-consumer brands in both domestic and international markets. Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing professional to join our expanding E-Commerce Team, focusing on our international markets. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with the Digital Marketing Assistant to execute campaigns and analyze paid digital marketing efforts for our direct-to-consumer sites.

Key Activities

  • Online media planning and execution across various channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliate marketing.
  • Collaboration with external partners, including creative agencies and media outlets.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Conducting comprehensive customer data analysis and profiling.
  • Implementing strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Designing and executing effective data capture initiatives.
  • Creating customer loyalty and reward programs.
  • Utilizing customer insights to drive targeted multi-channel campaigns.
  • Employing analytics tools to assess the performance of digital marketing activities.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in a Digital or E-Commerce Marketing role, either in-house or agency.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and social media platforms is preferred.
  • Experience in international markets is a plus.
  • Ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines effectively.
