Position Overview:

Member of the Sales & Marketing Division

The Sales & Marketing division is dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction by guiding clients in the search and acquisition of their ideal residence. This division is instrumental in guaranteeing that clients receive exceptional service throughout their journey. Responsibilities encompass website management, executing marketing initiatives, responding to customer inquiries, facilitating the purchasing process, and ensuring satisfaction post-purchase. Team members may operate from various locations, including showrooms or office settings, with a primary focus on delivering outstanding service and assisting clients in discovering their perfect home.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Leading the Sales Advisor team to achieve robust sales outcomes
  • Recruiting and mentoring Sales Advisors
  • Overseeing team schedules and ensuring adherence to sales protocols
  • Employing IT systems for effective database management
  • Collaborating with Marketing for new project launches and promotional activities
  • Reporting sales performance metrics to the Sales Director
  • Managing show homes and sales facilities
