We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at The Range. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and improving store performance, consistently meeting key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of retail colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve store performance
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months experience in a similar high-pressure customer-focused role
- Proven track record of achieving results and meeting targets
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
